New Jersey is home to dozens of coffee roasters, but very few roast their coffee on-site, source directly from farms, and serve it fresh in a cafe — all under one roof. Roast Coffee Company does all three. Since 2014, we have been roasting small-batch specialty coffee on our Diedrich roaster at 200 Tuckerton Road in Medford, NJ, and serving it to a growing community of coffee lovers across the state.

Our approach is simple: buy the best green coffee we can find from farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya, Guatemala, and beyond. Roast it with care to bring out each origin's unique flavor. Get it to you while it is still at peak freshness — whether you are picking it up at our cafe, receiving it through your coffee subscription, or ordering it from our online shop.

We serve a full cafe menu including espresso drinks, pour overs, cold brew, breakfast sandwiches, and house-made acai bowls. We also offer wholesale coffee for NJ businesses, restaurants, and offices. Everything we do starts with freshly roasted, specialty-grade beans — and that makes all the difference.
