By accessing or using the Roast Coffee Company website, mobile app, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Account Registration
To place orders and access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes at checkout.
- Payment is processed securely through Square. We do not store your credit card information.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.
4. Pickup & Delivery
Orders placed for pickup should be collected from our location at 200 Tuckerton Rd, Medford, NJ 08055. Delivery and shipping orders are fulfilled based on availability and the address provided. Estimated times are approximate and not guaranteed.
5. Loyalty Program
Our loyalty program allows you to earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem them for rewards. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.
6. Subscriptions
Coffee subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and app — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Roast Coffee Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Roast Coffee Company provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
