Roast Coffee Company started with a simple belief: everyone deserves great coffee. Not coffee that sat on a shelf for months, but beans roasted fresh, with care, and served with heart.

From Bean to Cup, All Under One Roof
In 2014, we opened our doors on Tuckerton Road in Medford, New Jersey with a Diedrich roaster, a passion for specialty coffee, and a dream of building something the community could call their own.
We source green beans directly from farmers and co-ops across Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, Sumatra, and beyond. Every batch is profile-roasted in our cafe, so when you order a bag or a cup, you are getting coffee at its peak.
What started as a small-batch roastery has grown into a full cafe with espresso, pour overs, cold brew, fresh breakfast, and house-made acai bowls. But the mission has never changed: great coffee, served fresh, with love.
In-House Roasting
Our roaster sits right in the cafe. You can watch the process, smell the beans as they crack, and take home a bag that was roasted that same morning.
Sourced
We partner with importers and co-ops to find specialty-grade green coffee from the best growing regions worldwide.
Roasted
Small-batch profiled on our Diedrich roaster, carefully dialing in each origin for its best expression and flavor.
Served
Brewed in-house or packed for you within days of roasting. Always fresh, never stale. That is the Roast promise.
