When you order a cup at our Medford cafe or buy a bag of beans, those beans were roasted within the last few days — not weeks or months ago. We source our green coffee directly from farms and cooperatives in Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, Kenya, Sumatra, and Brazil. Every origin is carefully cupped and profile-roasted to bring out its best characteristics. Whether you prefer a bright, fruity Ethiopian pour over or a rich, chocolatey Colombian blend, we have something for every palate.
Beyond the coffee, Roast is a community gathering place. We serve a full breakfast menu, signature acai bowls, and house-made seasonal drinks. Our cafe at 200 Tuckerton Road in Medford is open seven days a week, and we offer online ordering for pickup, bean subscriptions, and nationwide shipping.
