How It Works
Roast Rewards is simple: earn 2 points for every dollar you spend at Roast Coffee Company — whether you order in the app, online, or in-store. Points add up fast, and you can redeem them for free drinks, pastries, and bags of beans.
To get started, just create an account in the Roast Coffee app or on roastcc.com. You are automatically enrolled at the Bronze tier and start earning points right away.
Four Tiers, Bigger Rewards
As you earn points, you will move up through four loyalty tiers. Each tier comes with a points multiplier that helps you earn even faster, plus exclusive perks.
Bronze
- Threshold: 0 lifetime points (everyone starts here)
- Multiplier: 1x (2 points per dollar)
- Access to all standard rewards and streak bonuses
- Note: At Bronze, points expire after 6 months of inactivity — so keep visiting!
Silver
- Threshold: 200 lifetime points
- Multiplier: 1.5x (3 points per dollar)
- Perk: 1 free size upgrade per month
- Points never expire at Silver and above
Gold
- Threshold: 600 lifetime points
- Multiplier: 2x (4 points per dollar)
- Perk: 1 free drink customization per month
- Perk: Gift a free drink to a friend (80 points)
Obsidian
- Threshold: 2,000 lifetime points
- Multiplier: 3x (6 points per dollar)
- Perk: Early access to new menu items and seasonal releases
- Perk: Exclusive Obsidian-only merchandise
- Our way of saying thank you to our most dedicated coffee lovers
What Can You Redeem?
Points are meant to be spent. Here is what you can redeem right now:

You can redeem directly in the app at checkout, or let us know in-store and we will take care of it. Micro-redemptions like the off option let you use your points as you go, rather than waiting to save up a huge balance.
Daily Streaks
We love seeing our regulars, and our streak system rewards you for making Roast part of your daily routine.
Every consecutive day you make a purchase, your streak grows. Hit certain milestones and you will earn bonus points on top of your regular earnings:
- 3-day streak: +10 bonus points
- 7-day streak: +40 bonus points
- 14-day streak: +100 bonus points
- 30-day streak: +200 bonus points
That 30-day streak alone is worth a free bag of beans. Your longest streak is tracked in your profile — see how far you can go!
Challenges
Throughout the year, we will be running limited-time challenges that give you bonus points for trying new things. These might include:
- Try 3 different single-origin coffees in a week
- Order before 8 AM for 5 days straight
- Explore every drink category on our menu
Challenges are a fun way to discover something new while stacking up extra points. You can track your progress in the app under Rewards.
Badges
As you hit milestones on your Roast journey, you will earn collectible badges displayed on your profile. Badges are awarded for things like:
- Placing your 10th order
- Hitting a 7-day streak
- Reaching Gold tier
- Spending + lifetime
Badges are just for fun — a way to celebrate your coffee journey with us. Some are easy to earn, others take real dedication.
Surprise Rewards
Every now and then, you might open the app and find a surprise reward waiting for you. These are special bonuses we drop for our members — think birthday treats, mystery discounts, or a random free drink just because.
We will automatically drop a reward on your birthday if you have one saved in your profile. You might also get surprises for hitting streak milestones, completing challenges, or just being a loyal customer we want to thank.
